Delivery Information

UK Mainland Addresses

  • Standard delivery excluding punchbags: £3.99 on all orders under £45.00; FREE on all orders of £45.00 or more. Orders are sent via UK Mail and are fully trackable including SMS confirmation if a mobile number is provided. Delivery time is 2-4 working days.
  • Priority next-day delivery excluding punchbags: £5.99 per order. We use a number of reputable couriers including UK Mail, Parcel Force and Interlink. The most effective courier which best suits your delivery location and needs i.e. Next Day Service, will be used. All shipments are fully trackable including SMS confirmation if a mobile number is provided. For orders received before 2pm Monday-Thursday, items will be received the next day. Orders received after 2pm Monday-Wednesday will be received the day after next. Orders received after 2pm Thursday will be received the following Monday. Orders received between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday.
  • Punchbag delivery: £9 per teardrop punchbag, £35 per conventional punchbag. Orders are sent via DX freight and typically arrive within 5-7 working days. Other items ordered at the same time will be sent separately via FREE standard delivery.
  • SANDEE Gym Club: Members will be charged a flat rate of £4.99 per order. Orders will be dispatched via our 'priority next-day' service. See above for details.
  • Retailer/Stockist/Trade Users: Web orders placed by retailers/stockists/trade customers will have delivery charges confirmed by phone after your order has been placed. This is to ensure that you receive the best possible rate for shipping depending on the number of boxes/pallets your order consists of.

UK Non-Mainland Addresses
Only "standard shipping" is available and is as per mainland orders but may be subject to an additional 2-3 days of transit time depending on your exact location. Delivery varies by postcode prefix: BT = £16.80 standard delivery; IM = £15.00 standard delivery; JE = £18.00 standard delivery; GY = £18.00 standard delivery.

International Addresses
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent via DPD. The rate depends on the country on the delivery address as detailed in the table below:

Please note that for some territories of the UK, including for example the Outer Hebrides, deliveries are occasionally subject to a surcharge by our carrier.
