Idris Khan joins the SANDEE FIGHT TEAM

Idris Khan, age 20 from Birmingham, is the latest athlete to join SANDEE

Training at Ronin Thai under the supervision of Chelsea, Idris got our attention during his impressive Junior career, having had 68 Junior / N Class bouts

Idris has won various titles, such as Junior area, English, British, European and a ISKA British title at C class, and having had 1 Pro Fight (win), we welcome him on board at such an early stage of his Pro career

He started training at the age of 6 with his dad who was a fighter and pro champion under Master Sken. Idris then moved to the world famous Kiatponthip were he trained under Chelsea and Jompop. 2 years ago he chose to continue his journey with Chelsea, who in the words of Idris “is one of the best coaches there is, his not just my coach his family to me”

Idris and Chelsea opened a new gym where he now trains and instructs. Last year Idris chose to leave education and dedicate his life to Muay Thai full time, and as quoted by Idris “it’s my biggest passion and the love I have for the sport is amazing and I feel that was the right move for me as over the last year I believe I’ve improved masses and feel I strongly believe I’m one of the biggest prospects the UK has to offer”
