Returns & Replacements

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your product or purchase and wish to return the item to us we will be more than happy to refund the cost of the item less any carriage fees incurred within 7 days of receipt. The returned item must be in a saleable condition with all of the items original packaging.

If a collection is required, it must be from the same address to which the item was delivered. A courier collection will be charged against your refund at £10, please ensure someone is available between 9am - 5pm on the specified day for this to occur. If the item cannot be collected the collection fee will still be charged.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please make a note of this when you sign for the consignment. If, upon opening the packaging, the item is physically damaged, then please contact Sandee Worldwide Limited within 72 hours of receipt.

All our customers have the option to return their goods within 14 days if they're not satisfied with them.

The purchase price, less carriage will be refunded only if the goods are returned in their original condition and with their original packaging. The customer is liable for all carriage charges in regards to the return of the unwanted goods. Please refer to our Returns policy above for information regarding how to return an item to us.

Any refund due will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation of an order.

Payment, pricing & promotions

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
