From first-time competitors to seasoned juniors, every bout delivered intensity, technique, and respect – the hallmarks of Muay Thai. With over 110 Sandee Belts awarded, the day was filled with unforgettable moments as young athletes reached new milestones in their fighting careers.
But this year’s Sandee Open wasn’t just about the belts. In an exciting development, all podium finishers are now officially ranked as part of the Sandee Junior Rankings – a system designed to spotlight the most promising young fighters in the UK. These rankings provide structure, recognition, and new opportunities for juniors to build their competitive resumes.
And the stakes are higher than ever.
Podium finishers have now earned the chance to compete for the coveted Golden Sandee / WMF Belt on our very own Sandee Fight Series Events, what will be one of the most prestigious titles in UK junior Muay Thai. And it doesn't stop there - for those who continue to climb the rankings, the path could lead to a shot overseas, offering global exposure and competition at the highest level.
